I found this amazing Hayley Paige dress online from Last Minute Bride in the midst of shelter-in-place restrictions. Their return policy allowed me to try the dress on in my own home. They were flexible with how long I was able to keep it to decide. The whole process was smooth and stress free. Let me start by saying that I was skeptical about buying online, but after careful research and pouring over reviews like these, I took the plunge. I had my eye on a Maggie Sottero dress on their website when I noticed that they were having their Hot August Sale through Labor Day. Every week they posted a handful of dresses that were drastically discounted. On the final week of the sale I noticed that they posted my Maggie! My Maggie was within reach!! But of course, as sales go, it was the size 12. My heart sank because I needed the size 14. I clicked on the "contact us" button and thought it was worth a try - what did I have to lose and a smile goes a long way. I told them I was crying, because they only had the size 12 on sale and it made my size 14 hips very sad :) Jennifer immediately emailed me back and told me not to despair.....and then provided me a link, just for me, for my dream Maggie Sottero dress in a size 14 for the unreal price of $99.00. Seriously, you can't make this stuff up! And a week later, here I am, just having opened the box and garment bag and I'm overcome with happy tears. The dress is flawless!! And the extra little touches like the thank you card, and the YES sign - it was a more personal touch than any chain store could ever provide.
